Meditation - I have mentioned meditation in the past but it has personally changed my life, I personally use the app “Stop, Breathe & Think” and it is so amazing. Just being able to close my eyes and breathe makes me feel so much better, I personally reccomend meditating outside or by a window to just let the sunlight glow on you and make you feel at peace. Even if you are sceptical about meditation just take a few minutes out of your day to sit in a comfortable spot or lay down and close your eyes and breathe, accept all thoughts in your head and let them ease away before focusing on love and kindness, wish for love and kindness for someone who makes you filled with joy, wish for love and kindness for someone you barely know, wish for love and kindess for someone you may be upset with even if it is something small like wishing them a good day, then wish love and kindness upon yourself. It helps me out a lot when I feel like I am about to yell at someone.
