Skinny Again
After gaining weight and laying off endurance exercise for over a year I recovered from the effects of COVID. And it's time to become naturally slim and skinny again. I know how to do it on the bike. This is no time for gym membership and more germs.
The skinnier I am, the more feminine I feel. But have no fear... I know what's healthy and what's too much.
