I saw that nothing was permanent. You don’t want to possess anything that is dear to you because you might lose it.
The one thing that doesn't abide by majority rule is a person's conscience.
That’s always seemed so ridiculous to me, that people want to be around someone because they’re pretty. It’s like picking your breakfeast cereals based on color instead of taste.
Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out precisely how we feel, stop deciding exactly what we want, and just see what happens.
Only those who care about you can hear you when you are quiet.
When it rains - look for rainbows. When it's dark - look for stars.
